Every presentation design project is unique and customized to the client

The quote request form will ask you for some initial details about your upcoming presentation, the materials you have (or will have) to send me, your timeline, and the budget we’re working with.

We meet on Zoom to talk more about the project, and so I can learn more about your work and your presentation preferences. This will be a chance for you to ask questions as well. We will finalize a scope and I will provide a quote.

If that sounds good we’ll move forward with the contracting, invoicing, and payment process.

We move forward with the project as planned. This looks a little different for each client because I tailor this process to each client.

For example…

  • …then we’ll start by having me do a series of interviews with you to learn more about your work and the topic of the presentation (as you talk about it), and then I do some script ghostwriting to prepare a draft script for you.

    Or, we could work out the script during coworking sessions.

  • Then I will create them from scratch!

  • Then I will start there and either revise them or, if needed, will design from scratch. This is very case by case.

  • We offer recording support and video editing services as well!

  • The price ranges from 4 to 5 figures (USD).

    If this is higher than your current budget, you may be interested in my 1 and 1 services instead.

  • Slides are a visual complement to your script. I need at least some idea of what will be said for the presentation, but sometimes there is enough detail on the slides for me to work with.

  • It takes about 3-6 weeks to complete a slide design project, depending on the length of the presentation and whether we need to work together on the script or storyboard first.

    If you have a more urgent deadline, please book a collaborative service instead.

  • I may still be able to help (it’s just more case by case). Please still submit a quote request.
