Unfortunately, the course platform doesn’t have the features we need to let people renew or update automatically. So, we have to do this somewhat manually. But, we have tried to make this as streamlined and easy for you as possible.

When does my access expire?
Your access period starts on the day you purchased the course (or the day you registered/enrolled, if you were part of a group).

Unfortunately, the expiration date listed in Thinkific is not always perfectly accurate.
For example, if you are on a payment plan, Thinkific might list your next payment date as the expiration date. Also Thinkific uses UTC time — not your time zone — which means access expires about 1-2 days before the date shown in your portal. We add a few extra days to everyone’s access period to account for the UTC time zone.
We recommend using your course welcome email date and/or purchase order date to calculate when your course expires as a backup.
You can find your purchase date in your Thinkific account. Login > My Account > Order History.
